中国吉林市における5スターの山岳リゾートホテルの計画である。ディベロッパーは中国の万科集団であり、ホテルのオペレーションにはプリンスホテル、建築デザインには観光企画設計社が参画し、我々はランドスケープデザインを担当した。

建築デザインのコンセプトは、山岳リゾート施設として「自然との調和」を大切にすることと、「フラッグシップとなるホテル」として周辺のコンドミニアムや商業施設と同化しない存在感のあるデザインを実現することであった。これを踏まえ、ランドスケープデザインのコンセプトを「５スターの山岳リゾートホテルにふさわしい風景の創出」とした。このコンセプトを実現するためには、何よりも、地域の風土に適した針葉樹を中心とした豊かな森林を再生し、高級感や落ち着き感、プライバシー感のある風景を創出することが重要だと考えた。また、季節毎に特徴的な景観要素（演出木等）を導入することで、四季を通して移り変わる風景を際立たせることや、この場所ならではの豊かな体験を提供するために、地域固有の景観を演出する事などに配慮した。

Lake Songhua Seibu Prince Hotel is a 5 star hotel in one of the largest ski resorts in China. D+M was responsible for the landscape design of the entire site.

The design concept of the hotel was to emphasize a harmony with nature as a mountain resort. It was also necessary to express a strong presence as a 5 star hotel so that it stands out from the surrounding condominiums and commercial facilities. The hotel concept was carried through the landscape design.

The site and surrounding area had been inhabited for a long time and most trees had been cut and exhausted. Therefore, the landscape design focused on planting as many indigenous trees, both coniferous and deciduous, as possible in order to restore a rich forest that is essential to a mountain resort.

In addition, ornamental deciduous trees were carefully selected and introduced. The landscape design as a whole provided visitors with beautiful sceneries in every season and the hotel with an outstanding character. It should also be noted that the hotel blended well into the local landscape thanks to its extensive use of local stones as a wall material.

The project was successfully completed and opened in January, 2015.

这是一项位于中国吉林市的五星级山地度假酒店的计划。开发商是中国的万科集团，酒店的运营由王子饭店负责，建筑设计由观光规划设计公司参与，而我们负责景观设计。

建筑设计的概念是，作为山地度假设施，要重视“与自然的和谐”，以及作为“旗舰酒店”，实现一种与周边公寓和商业设施不同的存在感。基于这一点，景观设计的概念是“创造适合五星级山地度假酒店的景观”。为了实现这一概念，我们认为，最重要的是重建以适应该地区气候的针叶林为主的丰富森林，创造一种高雅、宁静和隐私感的景观。此外，通过引入每个季节独特的景观元素（如装饰树木），突出四季变化的景观，并通过演绎当地独特的景观，提供丰富的体验。
