長野県軽井沢町の古くからの別荘地である愛宕地区の女子聖学院寮跡地、約1.8haに4棟のヴィラを建築し、共有持分の別荘として整備するプロジェクトである。
D+Mは、ランドスケープの基本設計、実施設計、施工管理を担当した。
配置計画では建築家と協働して、旧宅盤を全て建築敷地とするのではなく、斜面の裾と旧宅盤の間に建築を配置することで、山側の疎林との連続性を確保ししつつ、宅盤の一部をそれぞれのヴィラの庭として活用することを可能とした。その際、可能な限り既存樹を残置することにより、竣工直後から完成度の高いランドスケープを提供することができた。
ランドスケープとしては、到着感を演出するゲート空間、四季を演出する郷土種による植栽と、ドッグランや芝生広場などの軽スポーツ施設、疎林を巡るプライベートな散策路と林間テラス、等の整備を行った。
その後、隣地に姉妹プロジェクトとして、2棟のヴィラで構成されるClub Orbit PILINAが整備され、2023年にオープンした。D+Mはランドスケープの基本設計、実施設計、施工管理を担当した。
This is a project to build four villas on the site of the Joshi Seigakuin dormitory in the Atago district, which is an old villa in Karuizawa, about 1.8ha, and to maintain it as a co-owned villa.
D+M was in charge of landscape design development, construction documentation, and construction supervision.
In collaboration with the architect, the buildings were placed at the hem of the mountain slope behind rather than in the center of the site, ensuring continuity between the building and the forest, and the rest of the site can be used as a garden.
At that time, by preserving the existing large trees close to the building as much as possible, it was possible to provide a landscape with a high degree of perfection immediately after completion.
In addition, D+M planned the entrance and approach that creates a feeling of arrival, planting by local species that creates the four seasons, light sports facilities such as a dog run and lawn, private walking paths and forest terraces around sparse forests, etc.
Subsequently, Club Orbit PILINA, consisting of two villas, was developed as a sister project on the neighboring site and opened in 2023. D+M was responsible for the Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Supervision of the landscape work.

D+M负责景观的基本设计、施工图设计和施工管理。
在布置计划中，与建筑师合作，不是将所有旧地基都作为建筑用地，而是在斜坡底部和旧地基之间配置建筑，既确保了与山侧疏林的连续性，又使部分旧地基成为各别墅的庭院。通过尽可能保留现有树木，实现了竣工后即可达到高完成度的景观。
作为景观设计的一部分，进行了营造到达感的门区空间，展示四季特色的乡土植物种植，轻运动设施如狗跑区和草坪广场，围绕疏林的私人散步路和林间露台等的整备。
此后，作为姐妹项目，邻地还整备了由2栋别墅组成的Club Orbit PILINA，并于2023年开放。D+M继续负责景观的基本设计、施工图设计和施工管理。
